5 ways to keep your ATM or debit card number Pin safe
5 ways to keep your ATM or debit card number Pin safe
hese days plastic money or you can say cards are used more often than cash. Its easy to carry. For that reason it is easy and fun to handle your ATM or Debit card for any electronic payment machine. To use this machine you have to remember a few things. Though this is safe and secured, but still it is important to keep safe your ATM or debit card number; so that no one could snatch your valuable money. In this post I am going to share with you 5 tips to keep your ATM or debit card number safe.
First thing is pin number. Choose your ATM pin number which is easy to remember. But make sure not to use your mobile number or date of birth, or anything like this which could be easily recall by others. My suggestion is choose a strong pin number but not so much strong that you own self could not remember. Make sure that the number could be recall easily only by you not by others.
You should never share your pin or card number with anyone. Neither with your friends, nor with family members. And most important thing never write down this pin on anywhere. Like on your phone, or on your e mail address. Do not send your pin to anyone through SMS, or mail to anyone. And most important things do not share your pin with anyone via phone call. Trespassers may call himself as your bank employee. But remember no bank or any other financial institution could never ask you for your pin at anytime. So keep your card or pin number confidential for safety of your debit card.
Here is another very important tip for you to keep your ATM or debit card pin number safe and secure from others. Just cover your pin number when using the card. We usually go to ATM for withdrawal money or go any store and give payment using debit card, we forget to cover our pin number. You should never put your pin number publicly. If the shopkeeper or ATM guard or any other person is near to you; you should tell them to keep distance from the machine. As this is your card, this is your right to keep it safe. So make sure to cover your pin when you are entering it in an ATM or shop what else.
If you card is lost then immediately contact with your bank as soon as possible to block your card. Also note that in your card there is a toll free number which could help you to block your card at any time. If your card is not stolen but you see any suspicious activity on your bank account do not hesitate, immediately go to the bank and police station and inform them about that. And keep safe your account or card details with pin number.
Now a days its very common to purchase online on ecommerce website via internet. But all the ecommerce websites are not safe. There are few signs to know which is an authentic website to purchase online. Like any web addresses starting with https:// or lock or unbroken key, its means it is protected website. How to Restore Your Computer
How to Restore Your Computer
How to Restore Your Computer
When a newly-installed program goes haywire and starts wreaking havoc on your system, it can be frustrating trying to get your computer back under your control. Luckily, theres a solution available for both Windows and Mac users that keeps your files intact while rolling back any negative system changes. Follow this guide to learn how to restore your Mac or PC.
Method 1:- Restoring Windows

1.Understand how the restore process works. Windows creates a system restore point every 7 days, and every time a new Windows update is installed. Windows can roll back to previous settings without affecting any files you have edited or created since then.
- System Restore does not backup files, so it cant be used to recover files that have been deleted.

2.Launch System Restore. Open the Start menu and type System Restore into the search bar. Select System Restore from the list of programs. Close any programs that may be running on your computer during the restore process.

3.Select the restore point. System Restore will present you with a calendar or a list containing the restore points on your computer. Select a restore point from before your computer began malfunctioning and click Next.

4.Wait for the restore process to finish. Once the restore process is complete, Windows will reboot the computer.
Method 2 :- Restoring Mac OS X

1.Understand your recovery options. Mac has several different recovery options, but in order to perform a restore, you must have previously configured a Time Capsule backup. Otherwise, your options are limited to repairing the hard disk or formatting and reinstalling a fresh copy of OS X.

2.Configure a Time Capsule backup. Connect an external hard drive to your Mac that is equal or greater in size to your Macs internal hard drive. If you have never set up a Time Capsule before, OS X will ask if you want to configure the newly connected drive as one. Select Use as Backup Disk.
- Select Encrypt backup Disk if you want to add password protection to your backup file.

3.Wait for your backup to complete. You can schedule automatic backups and specify specific files in the Options menu.

4.Restore a Time Machine backup. Reboot the Mac and hold down the Command key + R while the system boots up. This will open the OS X Recovery Tool. From here you can pick your recovery option. Select Restore From Time Machine Backup to load your latest disk image from the external drive.
- If you have multiple backups stored on the Time Capsule, you will be given a list to choose from. Pick one from before you started having issues with the computer.
- Unlike System Restore in Windows, you can use a Time Capsule backup to retrieve files that were deleted in the past, as long as you have a backup from when the file existed.

5.Restoring without a Time Capsule backup. If you dont have a Time Capsule backup, then the only way to restore OS X is by formatting and reinstalling. You can do this from the OS X Recovery Tool. Press Command+R while rebooting the Mac. Select Reinstall Mac OS X.
- Note: You will need to be connected to the internet in order to successfully reinstall your copy of Mac OS X without the disc.
- Reinstalling the operating system will delete all of your saved data, programs, and settings.

How to Take Screenshots on Samsung Galaxy with Your Palm
Taking screenshots is a quick, useful way to save whatever is displayed on your device screen into a static digital image, which is then filed away in your phones Gallery. Also called a screen grab or screen capture, a screenshot can display something that would be difficult to explain in words, highlight a problem when troubleshooting, explain a specific screen to your audience, illustrate a process, and save configuration settings for later use. Whether you want to capture something humorous on Facebook, your favorite teams match schedule or a recipe perhaps, screenshots offer an easy way to save and share things. If youre using a Samsung Galaxy device, you can even take screenshots with just a swipe of your palm.
Taking Screenshots Using Your Palm

1.Place your palm vertically on one side of your device. Once youve decided to capture a particular display, slowly swipe your hand across to the other side of the screen, either left to right or right to left.

2.Remember to keep your palm in contact with the screen at all times. If not, your screenshot might not be captured clearly or at all.

3.Wait for the youve saved a screenshot message. You will see it on your device screen if the screen capture was successful.

4.Check the screenshot. To see if the captured image is to your liking, pull down the notification bar, look for the item labelled Screenshot captured, and tap on it.
- Alternatively, you can also go to the Gallery in your device, and check in the Screenshots folder.

Method 3
The Method 1 and 2 pretty much sum up most phones. You might have to poke around a bit on your phone but you just want to export your contacts to your memory card (also shown as SD Card on most phones).
Note: If you need to pull contacts onto your phone from a memory card then go to import/export again and select Import this time. Then Import the contacts to the phone (not Gmail). Its as easy as pie.
Note: saving contacts to a memory card is a lot faster than saving them onto a SIM card; its probably going to finish very fast and might not show you a processing message. Once you go through method 1 or 2 it should take you back to your contact list and be done. You can back them up twice to make sure that it really saved if you worry as I sometimes do. It wont hurt it or anything and you wont get duplicate contacts if you need to import them back onto your phone. If/when you import them just dont chose import all files you need to select the file with the most resent date on it.
