Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank/Citi”) and Amazon Seller Service Private Limited (“Amazon”) are launching Offer (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) for the above mentioned Offer Period. Details of the Offer extended to all individuals holding valid Citibank Credit cards (hereinafter referred as “Card”) issued in India, except Citi Corporate Credit cards (hereinafter referred to “Customers”) are detailed herein below. 1. Customers to perform 2 valid transactions of minimum Rs.1000 each on the same Citibank credit card during the Offer Period on Amazon India website www’.amazon’.in or Amazon app.
2. The 2nd transaction should be mandatorily authenticated using a One-Time-Password (OTP) on Amazon’s website / mobile app to be eligible for the offer.
3. Eligible customers will get an Amazon electronic gift card of Rs. 300 which can be used on Amazon India website or Amazon app.
4. The electronic gift card will be sent to the customers from Amazon in their wallet by November 15th, 2016 on a best effort basis and will be notified through an email.

5. This Offer is valid on bookings made using Citibank Credit Cards only issued in India.
6. This Offer is NOT applicable on Citibank Corporate Credit Cards.
7. Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.
8. Products and services are subject to availability.
9. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered on Amazon. The Offer cannot be transferred/ assigned to any other person or Customer.
10. The Offer is valid only if the Customer’s card account continues to be in good standing and payment continues to reach Citibank before the payment due date.
11. Citibank and/or Amazon do not make any warranties or representation on the quality, quantity, merchantability, suitability of the products purchased under this Offer. The independent third party sellers on the Website will be responsible for the products purchased by the Cardholders.
12. Citibank and/or Amazon are not liable or responsible for any claim(s), dispute(s) regarding suitability, merchantability, quantity or quality of the products purchased by the Cardholders under the Offer ("Claims"). Citibank shall not entertain any communication in relation to Claims. 13. Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for participation. Such participation is voluntary and is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
14. A Cardholder will become ineligible to participate in this Offer if his/her card is cancelled before the expiry of /during the Offer Period.
15. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Customer and/or billed to the account of the Customer.
16. Citibank and/or Amazon are not making any commitment to make any offer beyond the Offer Period.
17. All other terms and conditions of the Card member terms and conditions shall continue to apply.
18. If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank or Amazon or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank or Amazon or such entity, including but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government, or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citibank or Amazon or such other entity, then Citibank and/or Amazon and/or such entity will not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Citibank and/or Amazon.
19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore only.
20. Nothing expressed or implied in this Offer shall in any way waive or amend any of the applicable terms and conditions applicable to the Website.
21. 26. Citibank and/or Amazon will not also be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a Cardholder, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products purchased under the Offer.
27. The terms & conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to & not in substitution/derogation to the rules & regulations governing the use of the Citibank credit card and/or the Citibank websites as stated above. Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Customer to Citibank from usage of credit cards by the Customer under this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by Citibank Terms & Conditions, the Card member terms and conditions and the Most Important Terms and Conditions.
