Filled application forms have to be submitted at 19 bus pass centres available that incluses the bus pass centres at Hayathnagar, Charminar, Dilsukhnagar, Mehdipatnam, Kachiguda other centres.

Who are eligible to apply for Online Bus Pass of TSRTC :
- Students who are studying upto 10th class, and students who are also studying more than 10th standard.
- Students who are studying in the evening colleges must have to enclose unemployment certificate issued by Head of Institution.
- Free bus passes are given to below 12 years for boy upto 7th class and girls below 18 years upto 10th class free bus passes will be given upto cerain limit date of 30th September
- Concessional bus passes for students will be permitted upto certain age only.(35 Years)
