Way to Process To Apply fro PAN

- 1st fill- Word Circle, Range, Commissioner, Ara code, AO Code, Range code, And AO Number related information
- After that submit the form, Check whether all entered informations correct or not. If all information are correctly entered then enter the code shown at the bottom of page and click on " Confirm" button.
- After taking the printout of the acknowledgement from, paste your recent color photo and sign the acknowledgemnt (inside the box provided without touching the sides) use only block ink pen to sign the acknowledgement.
- After that on form will be appeared with Acknowledgement Number, Kindly quote this number for tracking the status of your PAN application. Save and print this acknowledgement
- Attach Xerox copy of proof of identity, Proof of Address and Demand Draft (DD) of Amount Rs 96/- as fee of application write you Name and Acknowledgement Number on the reserve of cheque/ DD.

- First of all for taking an Appointment Online of issuance of Aadhaar Card by UIDAI you have visit the link: http://appointments.uidai.gov.in and fill the form online.
- After visting the site you will be ask for some personal details like: Your Name, Mobile Number and Email address and select from the option No. of Persons for whom you would like to take the appointment.
- Select Your State/UT, if available
- Then District/City and then Locality/Area
- While filling the form and after selecting your Locality/Area you will find the option of Enrolment Centre, Select you near by Enrolment Centre.

?The steps to apply for a Voter ID Card in Rajasthan if you are an NRI
- Go the the CEO Rajasthan website, http://www.ceorajasthan.nic.in/index.aspx
- Find ‘Elector’s forms’ on the homepage and click on ‘Apply Online’ for online submission. You will need to create a username and password if you are a new user. Once you are logged in, you can click on form 6A and apply.
- Along with filing all your details like name, age, sex, visa particulars etc, you will have to attach some documents to certify these elements. These include soft copies of your passport, age proof, Indian address proof (It must be mentioned in your passport as well), foreign address proof and a passport size photograph. All documents must be self-attested.
- The application should be submitted directly to the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) of the constituency within which the place of your ordinary residence as given in the valid passport falls. The Application in Form 6A can be presented in person to the ERO or sent by post addressed to the ERO concerned.

1.Register through the Passport Seva Online Portal. (Click on "Register" link under the Apply section on the Home Page).
2.Login to the Passport Seva Online Portal with the registered Login Id.
3.Click "Apply for Fresh Passport/Re-issue of Passport" link.
4.Fill in the required details in the form and submit.
5.Click the "Pay and Schedule Appointment" link on the "View Saved/Submitted Applications" screen to schedule an appointment.
Online Payment has been made mandatory for booking appointments at all Passport Seva Kendras.
Online Payment can be made using any one of the following modes:
- Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard and Visa)
- Internet Banking (State Bank of India (SBI) and Associate Banks Only)
- SBI Bank Challan
6.Click the "Print Application Receipt" link to print the application receipt containing Application Reference Number (ARN)/Appointment Number.
7.Visit the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) where appointment has been booked, along with original documents.
Note:
- Only emergency/medical cases and preapproved categories may visit Passport Seva Kendra without appointment. Service will be provided at the discretion of Passport Seva Kendra in-charge/Passport Officer.
- In case of minor applicants (below 4 years of age), carry the recent passport size photograph (4.5 X 3.5 cm) with white background.
- Resubmission of application form is required, in case the applicant does not visit the Passport Seva Kendra within 90 days from the online form submission.
