EID means your enrollment number when you get enrolled for Aadhaar Card you will be given an Acknowledgement Slip in that slip your EID Number is mentioned that number you have to enter to check the status.

If you have lost the Acknowledgment Slip of Enrollment Number (EID) Number than you cannot check your Aadhaar Card Status.

AADHAR Card Status by Name

It can take about 3 months (90 days) to receive AADHAR card after you enroll at AADHAR card center. Please note: Earlier, there was no system in place to check AADHAR card status by name. We have been watching the development in this area very closely. Finally we have a system in place whereby we can check AADHAR card status by name and download the AADHAR card online if its ready.

If you have lost your AADHAR card Enrollment ID and dont know your AADHAR number, you can get the AADHAR card by following these steps below:

Go to https://resident.uidai.net.in/find-uid-eid
Select appropriate option, "Aadhaar No (UID)" OR "Enrolment No (EID)", under "You want to receive your lost:"
Enter your full name
Enter your email address
Enter your registered Mobile Number
Enter the security code as displayed and click on "Get OTP" button
One Time Password (OTP) will be delivered to your mobile and/or email address
In the box below, enter the OTP you just received on your mobile and/or email address
Click on "Verify OTP"
Now you will receive a message on your mobile with your AADHAR card number or Enrollment Id as you selected in Step 2 above
Now go to https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/
Select appropriate option, "Enrollment Id" OR "Aadhaar", under "I have:"
Enter your AADHAR card number or Enrollment Id, full name, Pin Code, security text and mobile number
Click on "Get OTP"
One Time Password (OTP) will be delivered to your mobile and/or email address
Enter the OTP you just received on your mobile in the "Enter OTP" box and click on "Validate and Download"
Now you have downloaded your e-Aadhar card. Enter your Pin Code as the password when you open the PDF document
You now have your e-AADHAR card, which you can print out

We will update this page as soon as a system is in place whereby residents can check AADHAR card status by name. If you wished to be notified when a system is available where by you can check AADHAR card status by name and/or other demographic information, leave your contact details (only valid email id in the email box, no phone number please) and appropriate message in the "Comments" section below. Aadhaar Card Gets Statutory Status

On 29th March 2016 Government of India announced that Aadhaar Card will be accorded statutory status to ensure that benefits of the government subsidies directly reach the needy. And by this statement Aadhaar Card have gained a legal foundation.

As we all know that at present Google is the largest search engine in the world. Now all bloggers have only one concern in their heads and that is "Is google indexing my site?". That is understandable since most of their website traffic comes from google. So being un-indexed by Google will have a huge effect on your pageviews and traffic. This feature will let webmasters know how many of their pages have been indexed, crawled and so on!

To find this information :-

1.Log into your Google Webmaster Tools account.

2.On the home page, click on the site for which you want to see the indext report.
3.Then click on the health option on the left side of your dashboard, and select Index Status from the avaiable option.
4.Then, you will notice two tabs,Basic and Advaced.

Basic Tab :- The basic tab shows a graph which tells you the number of pages of your site have been indexed over time. It displays up to one year of stats (data). Then legend will let you know number of pages that are currently being indexed. Google says that this information is accurate doesnt include non-canonical URLs so, if there are more than one URLs pointing to the same content or if there is any duplicate content present, then it will just be counted as one page (instead of multiple pages.)

Google also admitts that this data lags by around one week. Is the graph is steadily growing up there is nothing to worry about cause it means that your new content is being recognized by google and if the graph remains constant or falls down inspite of yout addition of new content, then you might want to look into the advaced tab.

Advanced Tab:- This tab gives more insights into how Google has been treating your website. In addition to the graph, you can see the 1. Ever crawled 2. Not Selected 3. Blocked by Robot graphs

Thinking about the usefulness of this data, right? Here I go. This data could be useful for debugging purposes to see whats wrong with your content (website) and why you are not getting any traffic and views. An increase in the number of Total Indexed and Ever Craled pages means that your site is on the right track and Google can access your content.

On the other hand, if theres a sudden drop, it means that Google having trouble reaching your website. It could be because your webserver is down or you might have added a sitewide no index tag instead of adding it one just one page. A large no. of not indexed means there are problems with canonicalization or theres a lot of duplicate content on your site. This means that you must make efforts to reduce the duplicate content on your site and even non-canonical URLs.
